Gum Treatment
The purpose of gum treatment is to:
- control the active diseases affecting the gum and bones
- restore function and appearance
- maintain health around natural teeth and dental implants
Gum treatment consists of 3 stages:
- Initial phase: Non-surgical cleaning
- Corrective phase: In some cases, patient may require a corrective phase which may consist of surgical treatment, teeth replacement, or any other treatments to correct the appearance of their smile.
** We avoid gum surgery whenever possible. ** - Maintenance: Once the patient’s condition is stable, he/she will be placed into a maintenance program of regular gum check-ups and treatment where necessary.
We provide optimal care using evidence-based treatments in both non-surgical and surgical gum treatment with the highest standards of safety and sterilization.
