Dr. Daniel Lim Khim Hock

Dr. Daniel Lim Khim Hock was registered as a qualified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Specialist in Malaysia. He obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2008 from the University of Malaya. He served in the Ministry of Health since his graduation until year 2012. During his service, he served as a dental officer, mainly in the Oral Surgery Clinic at the Hospital Sultanah Aminah, Johor Bahru. He then pursued his study in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Malaya, where he was awarded Master of Clinical Dentistry (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) with Distinction.

Dr. Daniel is also an Associate Professor in University of Malaya and supervises the undergraduate and postgraduate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is actively involved in research, especially in reducing discomfort following minor oral surgery procedures. His areas of interest include dentoalveolar surgery, oral implantology, maxillofacial trauma, and orthognathic surgery.

Occasionally, he would conduct lectures, talks, and courses on dental implants and minor oral surgery.
